This program is offered in cooperation with the Society for Human Resource Management as study material for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations administered by HRCI. Course content includes Strategic Management; Workforce Planning and Employment; Human Resource Development; Compensation and Benefits; Employee and Labor Relations; and Occupational Health, Safety, and Security. Target audience is professionals with experience in HR or professionals preparing for the PHR and SPHR exams. All students are required to attend the mandatory orientation session.     CEUs: 3.85  Hours: 38.50
